When the boat, the marina, and the contractors are all far from the owner, small problems go unnoticed until they're expensive. ARMA visits monthly, checks the same points every time, and reports back in plain language.

What's included

  • One monthly visit to the vessel within the contracted zone
  • General or expanded visual checklist, depending on package
  • Monthly photo record
  • Visual check of bilge, visible engines, batteries, leaks, odors, humidity, lines, fenders, deck, corrosion, and visible equipment
  • Repair estimate review, depending on package
  • Monthly report and a follow-up call
  • Reasonable remote support by WhatsApp/email

What's not included

  • Permanent guard or daily care
  • Cleaning, washing, engine operation, sea trials, repairs, or parts purchase, unless under a special package
  • Any guarantee that nothing goes wrong between visits
  • 24/7 availability, unless under a special package

Essential

One monthly visit and a short report — the baseline for a vessel that just needs a documented, independent check-in.

Charter & Operational

For vessels in charter or regular operation, with attention to operational risk between visits.

The monthly fee is billed in advance within the first five days of each period. If payment isn't received, the visit isn't scheduled. Engagement follows ARMA's standard digital agreement — scope, disclaimer, and privacy consent before the first visit.
