Where does ARMA provide this service?
ARMA is based in La Paz and also serves Los Cabos and other locations in Baja California Sur, Mexico; outside La Paz, travel expenses are included in the quote. When you contact ARMA, include where the vessel is kept so scope and access can be confirmed before any work starts.
How is this different from the Pre-Purchase Technical Inspection?
The pre-purchase technical inspection is a single review of one vessel’s condition. Turnkey advisory covers the purchase by phases: pre-filter, risk map, documentation, negotiation points, closing readiness and, if applicable, import or flagging.
Does ARMA negotiate with the seller?
Not directly, unless separately agreed. ARMA prepares negotiation points from the risk findings for the buyer to use.
Do I have to commit to every phase at once?
No. Scope is agreed phase by phase, starting with the pre-filter and the risk map.
